With more users than ever engaging in social media, an online presence is essential to any successful business. The various platforms offer a variety of ways for brands and businesses to connect with their target audiences. These statistics can be used to make the most of your time spent on social media. As you’ll see, if your target audience is primarily women, you’ll want to put more effort into Pinterest than Google+. Take a look at these 2012 social media numbers to determine which sites are most relevant and appealing to your business model.
